ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including
suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order
after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

PRODUCT USE AND PET SAFETY
Our products are pet accessories, not safety devices or medical products.
Supervise your pet when introducing any new item. Inspect the product regularly
and discontinue use if it becomes damaged, torn, or if loose parts develop.
Attached toys and small components are not intended to be chewed or ingested.
Keep packaging materials away from pets and children.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by
carrier delays, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss
passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
